We’ve put together the most frequently asked questions about rooms, services, timings, and location to help you plan your Riccione holiday in the best way possible.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 1:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am. We always try to be flexible when possible—just let us know when you book.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible? Are there any additional costs?

Of course—if we have availability. The extra charge varies depending on the time you request.

Do you have parking? Is it free or paid? Can it be reserved?

We have a small on-site parking area, subject to availability. In any case, just a short walk from the hotel (about 150 metres) there’s a free car park, so you can leave your car with peace of mind.

Is breakfast included in the rate? What are the hours?

It’s included in most rates. Breakfast is served every day from 7:30 am to 10:00 am, with a generous buffet of both sweet and savoury options.

Are you close to the beach?

In just 3 minutes you’ll be at the beach, around 150 metres away.

Are you close to the town centre?

We’re only 750 metres from the town centre, easily reached with a walk of less than 10 minutes.

Are you close to Riccione train station?

We’re only 500 metres away, easily reached with a walk of about 7 minutes.

How do I get there from Rimini?

Easily by Metromare, which takes you to Riccione train station.

Do the rooms have adjustable air conditioning and heating?

Yes—both are available and adjustable in every room.

Is Wi-Fi free throughout the hotel?

Yes, it’s free and available throughout the hotel.

Is beach service included in the offer?

Beach service is never included in our offers, but you can book it (recommended). The cost is €13.00 per person, per day.

Are beverages included at lunch and dinner?

Beverage are not included, so you can order whatever you like without worries.

Do you accept pets? Are there any restrictions or extra charges?

Pets are welcome with a small supplement of €8.00 per day.

What amenities do the rooms have?

TV, air conditioning, private bathroom, courtesy toiletries, and Wi-Fi.

What is your cancellation policy? 

They vary depending on the rate you choose. They’re always indicated at the time of booking.

Is the tourist tax included? How much is it?

The Municipality of Riccione charges a tourist tax of €1.20 per night, for a maximum of 7 nights (if your stay is longer—for example 10 nights—the last 3 nights are not subject to the tax). It is not included in the quoted rates and must be paid on site, preferably in cash.

Exemptions include: residents of the Municipality of Riccione; children up to 14 years old (not yet turned 14); those assisting patients admitted to healthcare facilities in the municipal area (one companion per patient); and members of the State Police, local police, other armed forces, and the National Firefighters Corps travelling for service reasons.
